We made it safe and sound, but haven't had Internet access until today. So...lots to catch up on.
Unfortunately, I don't have time for that at this moment, so I'll be updating more this evening.
At this point, suffice it to say the paperwork is going well, the folks here at DCU are wonderful (as always) and we got to meet Galya yesterday. She and the girls got along famously, although the language difference will take some time to work through.

We're relieved to hear from you!!!Thank Shannon for the text message. Dad talked to Walt yesterday to see if they had heard anything. You guys had some pretty anxious parents here waiting for news. In fact, I think Dad and Walt were discussing how to "handle" their missing children.
We found out that Walt and Jean knew you were going to be staying at the school; and we knew about your blog, so now we're both up to date. Dad also called the church and we received an e-mail from Tina yesterday evening, forwarding the e-mail Olga sent to Terry. That's the way we knew you guys were safe. Now we're all in the loop and will be able to sort it all out. Take care, all of you. Give our granddaughters (all three of them) big hugs from Busia and Dziadzia!! We love you all!
